If the product you ordered arrives damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us within a week of receipt with photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We will promptly work to find the most appropriate solution for you.

• We are here to assist you in case of any manufacturing defects. If your item is found to have any issues stemming from production, please refrain from washing it. Instead, capture a photo of the damage or fault and reach out to us within 24 hours for prompt resolution.
• Refunds are exclusively provided to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. Should you encounter any of these situations, please contact us along with photographic evidence of the wrong or damaged items, and we will swiftly address the matter for you.
• Our refund and exchange policy allows for a 2-day window from the delivery date. Requests falling outside of this timeframe will not be processed.

You can request cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order directly. If you are unable to cancel after this time frame, it indicates that your order has been received and processed, and therefore cannot be canceled at that stage. Please specify any editing requests in the personalization section or contact us via message.

For simple designs, upon receiving your request, we will promptly create a new design and proceed with printing the shirt.

For more intricate requirements, we will provide a demo for your preview. You are required to confirm the demo within 1 day. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in us proceeding with manufacturing based on the nearest design to maintain our production schedule.

Regarding color choices between the shirt and the letters/designs, if no specific notes are added to your order, we will default to using the standard colors for the letters/designs.

Kindly adhere to the care instructions at all times, which include the following:
– While our products are pre-shrunk, there may be slight shrinkage after washing.
– Remember to turn the product inside out before washing.
– Machine wash using cold water.
– Tumble dry on a medium setting.
– Avoid using bleach.
