Order Processing:

We process orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders are processed and shipped within 29 business days of receipt, subject to availability of merchandise and credit card verification. We will notify you if there are any issues with your order.

Product Availability:

We make every effort to keep our website up-to-date with the latest product information, however, there may be instances where a product is no longer available or is temporarily out of stock. In these cases, we will notify you and offer a similar product or a full refund.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept Stripe. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Shipping:

We ship to Viet Nam. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. We use USPS for all shipments. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 29 of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
